Legal requirement
In Singapore, the employer files an iReport within 10 days for a work accident that leads to medical leave, light duty or death. Deaths and dangerous occurrences also need a notice to the Commissioner as soon as reasonably practicable. Reports must be kept for 3 years. Any bodily injury from a workplace hazard triggers a review of the risk assessment.
